      Health and Fitness, Whenever I hear these words, I am reminded of those days of Navodaya because the way I had to follow the time table from 5 am to 10 pm was the amulet cure for all these ailments in my opinion. Getting up at 6 am, doing yoga, exercising, having breakfast on time, eating and even going to play for 1 hour at 6 pm. It was fun. I have really enjoyed those days but after coming to college, It  was very difficult to follow that schedule which played a key role in maintaining my health to make me fit but I was quite successful in following it.



     Nowadays I get up at 6 o'clock (not 5 O’ clock💤)  every day and  drink a cup of hot water, then do yoga, Asanas and meditation for 30 minutes, then have breakfast and water the tree and plants that I have planted. After that I sit down to study and I read for at least 8 hours a day. I go for a walk for 1 hour at 6 pm instead of playing and set the timer with a counter (to count steps as per the scientific study you should walk for at least 6ooo steps a day) so that I can analyse and manage time accordingly. I have been doing this for the last 1 year  and I have got very good results. I feel very healthy and observed that Walking can reduce weight also. So here I will share with you many of the asanas that I practice regularly in the morning.
